The warm, chic decor provides the ideal setting for endless world-watching and sharing the joy of conversation late into the night. Named by Time Out magazine as the most eco-friendly bar of 2023, it’s a delight to discover a daring and tasty mixology. Clever blends are crafted, for surprising cocktails such as the “Chouchou” and the “Sababoush”.
Just past the hotel’s library and adjacent to the restaurant Boubalé, the bar reveals itself in an intimate alcove framed by painted ceilings and soft lighting. Plush velvet banquettes, marble-topped tables and antique mirrors reflect the signature eclecticism of interior designer Martin Brudnizki, whose vision infuses the space with both charm and character.
It’s a space in Paris where guests unwind, celebrate, and connect, whether over a seasonal cocktail, a rare spirit or a carefully selected glass of wine. The cocktail list changes regularly, with each creation guided by seasonal produce, house-made infusions and subtle references to Levantine traditions, a nod to the menu at Boubalé. The bar menu reflects the same sense of character and taste that defines the rest of the hotel, with unexpected pairings and stories in every sip.
