Inspired and elegant, the décor is designed by internationally renowned Swedish interior designer Martin Brudnizki with his London-based Design Studio MBDS. Le Grand Mazarin revisits French classicism with a breath of refined modernity. In the 61 rooms, including 11 suites, this 5-star hotel is a tribute to French classicism, boldly offset by the talent of the designer and enhanced by the best of the arts and crafts.

"I love the concept of an old-fashioned salon this was in fact, one of the main inspirations for the design of Le Grand Mazarin. We wanted the hotel to feel like it had always been part of the Marais landscape. We were therefore inspired by the great Houses of the aristocratic era, where personalities of literature, art and music would gather in sumptuous residences to indulge in the pleasures of letters and fine conversation. Our concept for Le Grand Mazarin was to revive this atmosphere and adapt it to the contemporary era, where guests feel at home and have the freedom to express themselves."

Boubalé, located in Hôtel Grand Mazarin on rue des Archives, is a unique and captivating restaurant that reflects the spirit of its neighborhood. It is characterized as elusive and free, offering a multifaceted and eclectic experience that touches the heart, soul, and senses of its guests. One of the notable features of Boubalé is its divine and soothing winter garden, providing an intimate setting for patrons to relax and enjoy their time. The restaurant, led by Michelin-starred Chef Assaf Granit, pays homage to Eastern European cuisine passed down from his grandmother, referred to as "boubalé" in Yiddish. This cuisine, which may not be widely known, is revisited by Chef Assaf Granit with inspired creativity, resulting in a gourmet and desirable culinary experience. Assaf Granit takes on the challenge of elevating Ashkenazi cuisine and restoring it to its rightful place in the culinary world.
